Laura and Rhys's Wedding in San Casciano
From Sydney with love!
Laura and Rhys, originally from the UK but living in the island of Kangaroos, decided to get married in the beautiful Chianti countryside surrounding Florence, precisely in San Casciano.
Castello Il Palagio was love at first sight and after 8 months of planning the BIG day arrived!
Laura and her family arrived firstly at the Castello to get ready for the event in a beautiful and ancient room with a fantastic balcony over the court. Thanks to the amazing hands of Romina and Mary, the hair stylist and make-up artists, they made her look even more beautiful and charming.

The ceremony was held under a centenary and stunning tree, wonderfully decorated by the team of I fiori di Nadia.
Two of their best friends took a fantastic speech about their love and how they met.
So emotional!
After they were finally declared wife and husband, the party started!
Thanks to the delicious and authentic food of Oste Gentiluomo, the guests have had the chance to taste and enjoy the delicious Tuscan food.
Now it's time to relax and get ready for the dinner and party!
After the shooting with the bridesmaids and bestmen in the olivegroves, the couple enjoyed the aperitif in the garden and then the dinner in the stunning courtyard.
The cutting of the cake was really amazing! Rhys helped the chef to create a delicious millefoglie under a perfectly decorated tree with falling lights and beautiful flowers.
Thanks to the great DJ, they danced all night long and they ended a beautiful, inclusive, emotional and fantastic wedding day which I was lucky to organize and coordinate!
